Shipping Policy for Flex Fatale

Overview Flex Fatale partners with reputable shipping companies to deliver products directly to your door. We are committed to offering efficient shipping services to our customers worldwide.

Charges and Payment Verification You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take a few days to process. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled to prevent credit card fraud.

Shipping Process We aim to fulfill your order within 2-5 working days to prepare it for shipping. During peak times such as major holidays, processing times may extend up to 10 days. Popular items with stock issues may also experience delays.

Once your order is processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes, including address changes. We will ship to the address provided at checkout.

Our shipping operations are conducted on business days only, and we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately due to different locations of our manufacturing partners, and may arrive on different dates.

Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take a few days to update in the carrier's system. If you do not see updated tracking information within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

Delivery Estimates Shipping times vary by location and are not guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping times for reference:

  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business Days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business Days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business Days Please note these estimates do not include our 2-5 day processing time.

Flex Fatale cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refused shipments returned to us will incur return shipping costs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Flex Fatale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. We use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier to review such claims.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order is processed. If the incorrect address leads to a failed delivery, we cannot retrieve or redirect the package.
