This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Fit Foundations Academy ("FFA," "we," "us," or "our"), including coaching programs, digital products, supplements, and physical goods.
Different rules apply to different product types — please read the section that applies to your purchase.

1) Coaching Programs and Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of coaching services and digital program delivery, all purchases of coaching programs, digital products, downloadable guides, training blocks, and challenges are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- 6-month coaching contracts (paid in full or financed)
- Monthly coaching subscriptions
- Deposits
- Financed and "pay over time" purchases (including Klarna, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments)
- Recurring or installment payments once processed
- Digital downloads, macro calculator purchases, and similar digital products
Financing and "pay over time"
If you choose Klarna, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, or any financing option at checkout, you are agreeing to that provider's payment terms in addition to ours. Our no-refund policy still applies, and you remain responsible for any amounts owed under your financing agreement.
Cancellations and pauses for coaching
- Cancellations of recurring coaching subscriptions stop future charges after any required notice period. Past payments remain non-refundable.
- For fixed-term coaching contracts (such as our 6-month program), cancellation does not change the no-refund policy and does not release you from your remaining contract obligations.
- Program pauses may be available in limited circumstances. Pauses are processed through Klarna where applicable. Refunds are not issued in place of a pause.
Missed sessions, check-ins, or app access
If your program includes calls, check-ins, or scheduled support, missed sessions may be forfeited. We are not required to make up missed sessions unless we agree in writing.
2) Supplements and Physical Products
We accept returns and exchanges on supplements and physical products purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for return
- No visible signs of damage to the product or packaging
- All original packaging intact
- Product is unopened and unused
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Any sign of damage, tampering, or use will void the return.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened or used supplements
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items past the 30-day window
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
Processing time between financial institutions is typically 2–3 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund after that window, email us so we can investigate.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us with your order number and reason. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements as returns.
3) Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at fitfoundationsacademy2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A description of the issue
Damage claims reported after 48 hours may not be honored. We use carrier tracking and delivery timestamps when reviewing claims.
4) Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the return value once the item is received and inspected. The gift credit will be emailed to you as a digital certificate.
5) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at fitfoundationsacademy2025@gmail.com so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of services and access (including coaching app access) while the dispute is reviewed. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may be contested with documentation of services rendered and your agreement to these terms.
