Tammie joined Fit Foundations Academy in August 2024 at 50 years old. She had recently come off a GLP-1, had very little muscle, and did not know where to begin. She was also managing a re-done knee replacement, chronic hip issues, and a shoulder that would require surgery during her coaching journey.

Her progress did not come from having a perfect schedule. Tammie traveled, took cruises, managed family responsibilities, recovered from shoulder surgery, and faced the same disruptions that normally cause people to quit. Instead, she adjusted.
